# People control Panel

This section allows you to assign a [people list](https://docs.socializit.com/guide/create-list/untitled) to the bot and to set the appropriate behaviours. In this example the list name to be assigned to the bot is "*social media manager*", and it is a "*people list*" kind. 

Operations will be executed in respect of the[ bot settings](https://docs.socializit.com/guide/bot/bot-settings).

Bot can be in RUNNING or STOPPED status. It is intuitive and it determines if the bit is running or not.
