* [unlimited job research](/bot-management/jobs-control-panel)
* continuous check for newly posted jobs (corresponding to your criteria)
* automated applying to jobs&#x20;
* automated CV sending

# What are the advantages compared to competitors?

* No manual operation needed. Once the bot is set up, it works by itself&#x20;
* No semi-manual operation needed. Competitors' tools usually automate single operation and you have to constantly follow their work-flow
* 24/7/365 operation; Socializit never sleeps
* Send personalised automatically messages by using not only a dedicated template, but also by **attaching images and document files**  &#x20;
* Send CV to unlimited kinds of jobs in complete auto-pilot
* Fast account switching, no need to access LinkedIn
* **Send personalized messages directly from your dashboard**
* No need to install softwares which cause RAM overflow
* No need to install browser extensions which cause browser crashes
* No need to use your pc, Socializit runs in Cloud
* Long-term operation sustainability in auto-pilot

**Example**: suppose you just want to send a message through our competitors' tools. You will need to ask people connection. Day after day, you will have to check who has accepted your request and send a message to connected ones.

As you see, you are obliged to constantly monitor the situation

* Socializit will allow you to have separate LinkedIn bots (one for Linkedin profile), and attach unlimited lists to it. In this way, you can automate several profiles at once.

**Example**: our competitors usually automate single operation for a single profile, so in case you have to manage several profiles, you will have to login and logout from the LinkedIn account and work one by one. This is confusing and a total time-wasting when you have Socializit.

With Socializit, you won't care about any bot's operation, just set it up and leave it doing its job!

# How Socializit does work in summary?

Once you have learnt how Socializit works it will be super easy and fast to create bots.

Basically the follow are the necessary steps:

1. Do a research for [people](/guide/create-list/untitled)/[groups](/guide/create-list/untitled-1)/[jobs ](/guide/create-list/jobs)(Socializit reflects LinkedIn research kinds)
2. [Give a name](/guide/create-list/untitled#once-you-are-ready-just-give-a-name-to-the-people-list-and-save-it) to the list of people/groups/jobs, based on the research made
3. Add the list to the Bot
4. Apply one or more [settings](/bot-management) for each list. The bot will execute them autonomously

**Example**:&#x20;

1. Put "lawyers" in Keyword field and "Los Angeles" in City field
2. Create a list, and give it the corresponding name "Lawyers in Los Angeles"
3. ADD BOT
4. Apply one or more actions (for example request connection + skill/s endorsement)

That's all.

What the bot does now?&#x20;

Easy:

1. It will ask each people in list to accept a connection request
2. At regular time-intervals, it will check if new people have accepted the connection request
3. If request has been accepted, it will endorse the person's skill/s

Actions will take place only once the people have accepted the connection request.

As you can see, no action is due on your side, you won't have to worry about anything , just check at what point the bot is and enjoy your network expansion regularly.

Additionally you can request access to several LinkedIn [Groups](/guide/create-list/untitled-1), the bot will request to join them, and if accepted, it will create a list of people belonging to those Groups and will request a connection (and all other operation pre-selected) to each of them.

[Lists coming from Groups](/bot-management/groups-control-panel/how-bot-manages-groups) will be managed as lists of People.

Lists can be easily exported in several format:

* JSON
* XML
* CSV
* TXT
* SQL
* MS-Excel

This section allows you to:

* [list all existing bots or add/remove them](/guide/bot/add-remove-bot)
* [manage bot general settings](/guide/bot/bot-settings)

# Add/Remove Bot

https\://www\.socializit.com/bot\_management/

This section shows all the existing bots grouped by the three main categories, and allows to add/remove lists to the bot.

* People
* Groups
* Jobs

![](/files/-LulcDMn7LZlJZQLDEu3)

Select the list, and then you will be forwarded to [Bot Management](/bot-management) section.

{% hint style="info" %}
You can reach same management pages through [view bot](/guide/list-management/view-bot) in [List Management](/guide/list-management)
{% endhint %}

# Bot Settings

https\://www\.socializit.com/bot\_setting/

This section allows you to set up bot settings.

![](/files/-LuoYgjMW7unBpu4amdu)

* **Time Zone** --> synchronize bot time zone to the yours
* **Activity Day/s** --> bot working day/s, select one or more to have it working in the day/s selected
* **Activity Hours** --> bot working hours
* **Pause per hour** --> minutes of pause per hour. For example: if this value is set to 10, bot pause will occur between 50th to 60th minutes in each working hour
* **Operation per hour** --> number of operations per hour. If this value is set to 50 and "Pause per hour" is set to 10 the bot will accomplish 1 operation per minute, calculated with the formula *Operation per hour / (60 - Pause per hour) \**
* **Remove pending connections** --> set number of days after which request connections will be removed \*\*
* **Auto accept invitation** --> If selected, every incoming connection request will be automatically accepted

\*Please notice that operation per hour applies **to all** active bots. If you set up 50 operation per hour and you have 5 active bots, the result will be 10 operation per hour per bot.

\*\*This function is important to reduce the probability that the LinkedIn account reaches its connection rate limit. If this limit is reached, the account gets frozen (from a couple of hours to a couple of days), during this period, it is not possible to send connection requests.

# Bot Management

This section allows you to manage the bot behaviour for each kind of list.

* [People control Panel](/bot-management/people-control-panel)
* [Groups control Panel](/bot-management/groups-control-panel)
* [Jobs control Panel](/bot-management/jobs-control-panel)

**It is important to learn how the bot** [**manages groups**](/bot-management/groups-control-panel/how-bot-manages-groups) **and** [**jobs**](/bot-management/jobs-control-panel/how-bot-manages-jobs)

# People control Panel

This section allows you to assign a [people list](/guide/create-list/untitled) to the bot and to set the appropriate behaviours. In this example the list name to be assigned to the bot is "*social media manager*", and it is a "*people list*" kind.&#x20;

Operations will be executed in respect of the[ bot settings](/guide/bot/bot-settings).

Please notice that we have 3 modules:

* [Connection settings](/bot-management/people-control-panel/connection-settings)
* [Timing](/bot-management/people-control-panel/timing)
* [Solution](/bot-management/people-control-panel/solution)

![](/files/-Lulrn8pSVePnfojxsHp)

Bot can be in RUNNING or STOPPED status. It is intuitive and it determines if the bit is running or not.

# Connection settings

This module is composed of 3 options:

* **Connection Request (no default message)** --> if checked, the bot will send a connection request to each profile doing part of the list. *No note* will be attached to this requests.
* **Connection Request (with default message)** --> you can choose a message template (or [add a message template](/message-templates/add-a-message-template)) which will be attached to the connection request &#x20;

<div align="center"><img src="/files/-Luoce-DRl1xsIDRoDgF" alt=""></div>

* **Follow** --> if checked, the bot will follow every profile doing part of the list

{% hint style="info" %}
Follow operations will be executed **before** connection requests
{% endhint %}

If you are running operations upon a list composed purely of 1st degree connections, it is advisable to not opt for following or requesting connections.

# Timing

This module allows you to temporize the bot behaviour for the current list

![](/files/-Lulv47Ky4xPNLE1rfhs)

We have 2 options:

* **Date-time** --> the bot will execute operations after the given date-time
* **Delay** --> the bot will execute operations after the chosen delay since when the connection is accepted (in case of 1st degree connections delay is counted since the connection date)

Date-time must be kept in great consideration: it is the key to [generate long-term campaign](/how-to/how-to-generate-long-term-campaigns)

# Solution

This module consents to set up the bot settings for the given list, they will be applied after a connection request has been accepted (the bot automatically checks for this), respecting the conditions given in [Timing](/bot-management/people-control-panel/timing).

![](/files/-Lum-TR2HTw7DllSuWjL)

* **Message** --> select a message template (or [add a message template](/message-templates/add-a-message-template)). This message will be sent to every profile doing part of the list that has accepted the connection request. Please notice that message template could include file/image attached.
* **Share article/post** --> This dropdown menu will be automatically populated by articles/posts published by you. You can select one of them and share as a message.
* **Store contact data** --> If checked, the bot will proceed to store data extracted from a connected profile. This data can be seen at [Bot Report](/guide/list-management/bot-report) section.
* **Invite to Group/s** --> This dropdown menu will be automatically populated by groups of which you are a part of or to which you have sent a membership request. You can select one or more groups to invite connected profiles of the list to adhere to it/them.
* **Endorse** --> You can endorse ALL or a given number of skills. In this last case, skills go from the first below.
* **Webhooks** --> please read the [dedicated section](/webhooks)

# Groups control Panel

Bot Management Panel for [group list](/guide/create-list/untitled-1) has just more field than the [people list panel](/bot-management/people-control-panel): "People per Group"

![](/files/-Luw1m4atlFr3Kck71jW)

this option set up the number of profiles to be downloaded for each group doing part of the list.

All other options remain unchanged as compared to [people panel](/bot-management/people-control-panel).

# How bot manages Groups

The bot will make a membership request for each group part of the [group list](/guide/create-list/untitled-1).

It will constantly check if the group manager approved membership.

In case of approval the bot will download a number of profiles doing part of the approved group: this number is set up into the [Groups control Panel](/bot-management/groups-control-panel).

The result will be a People list having its title starting by "GROUP: " + group name:

![](/files/-LuwFol80eDqsadxF7wh)

Now you can [manage ](/guide/list-management)it as a normal People list.

# Jobs control Panel

Assign a bot to the [job lists](/guide/create-list/jobs) and automatize CV sending.

&#x20;CV can be sent:

1. to the list of jobs previously created by [create lists](/guide/create-list) --> [Jobs](/guide/create-list/jobs)
2. in autopilot, the bot will constantly check if new jobs have been posted, corresponding to the parameters adopted to build the current list

![](/files/-LuwNU_srRQhM9HuT_9T)

**Please make sure that you uploaded your contact info and your CV at this page** [**https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/application-settings/**](https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/application-settings/) **before launching a job bot.**

# How bot manages Jobs

Bot manages [job lists](/guide/create-list/jobs)&#x20;

# Message Templates

![](/files/-LuwqJD14O0SJrgv4jKT)

A template is a predefined model having variables which allow to personalize the message when addressed to profiles in lists. We will see in the next module how to [add a message template](/message-templates/add-a-message-template).

This section consents to:

* list message templates previously created.
* read message template content
* delete message template/s
* [add message template/s](/message-templates/add-a-message-template)

![](/files/-Luol9H77k249lQOKVMr)

# Add message Template

It is necessary to set up one or more message templates to send connection requests, or messages .

They are unchangeable (you can just create or remove them) in order to avoid confusion or duplication.

![](/files/-Luof6mlXJhkVnUucX5F)

* **Template name** --> this is a unique template ID. You can freely choose it, but it cannot be attributed to several templates
* **Message text** --> text box to add the message, please notice that you can use some personalizations:&#x20;
  * **\[name]** --> this tag will be replaced by user profile name
  * **\[surname]** --> this tag will be replaced by user profile surname
  * **\[groupname]** --> this tag is available only for group lists. It will be replaced by a group name
* **Browse Files** --> select a file compatible with LinkedIn (.docx, .pdf, .txt etc), or an image. It will be attached to your message

# SALES NAVIGATOR AUTOMATION TOOL

![From "Create List" select "Sales Navigator"](/files/-MGrsp_AY36U-ByFHPND)

Building lists from Sales Navigator requires the User to download a desktop app (currently available for Windows Systems) and to push the list to Socializit, in order to perform automation procedures.

1 Download the Software setup file

2 Install it on your Windows pc

3 insert your Socializit account credentials

![](/files/-MGmGV6EA0_PntR2IPY2)

4 Pick your Linkedin account (having a Sales Navigator subscription active) and insert its password

6 Select the available options:

* *Pages to be extracted*: it is the number of pages you want to extract
* *List name*: this is the name of the list (you will find it as a [people list](/guide/list-management/people-groups-jobs-lists) in your Socializit.Com dashboard)
* *Waiting seconds between profiles*: it is convenient to apply at least 5/7 seconds for big lists
* *2 Threads*: this option will make a little faster the data scraping

7 Once the process is completed push data to Socializit

![](/files/-MGmKwS9FL3h7XmddQ8U)

You will find your list as a [people list](/guide/list-management/people-groups-jobs-lists) on Socializit.Com. From there you will be able to [set up the bot](/bot-management/people-control-panel).

# WEBHOOKS

Webhooks allow to send data to external tools like Zapier, Ifttt or others.

In this guide we take Zapier as an example.

* Create a "zap"
* Select "Webhook by Zapier" in Trigger

# How to find jobs in Auto-Pilot

One of the peculiarity, which distinguishes Socializit from all other existing tools is to find jobs in auto-pilot on LinkedIn.

How to do that?

* Create a [job list](/guide/create-list/jobs) using the parameters which are suitable for you
* In [job control panel](/bot-management/jobs-control-panel), activate the correspondant function

![](/files/-Lv5kgDhc2C9sYJrnuXP)

Now, each job corresponding to your parameters will be matched and the bot will automatically send your CV to the recruiter.

You will be the first candidate to apply, and you know how important it is.

# How to generate long-term campaigns

Socializit allows you to set up long time campaigns, building separate lists for each operation the campaign requires.

Supposing you have already [created a list](/guide/create-list). Basically, you should set up next steps in this way:

* [duplicate the list](/how-to/how-to-duplicate-a-list)
* click on VIEW BOT of the newly created list (or through [ADD/REMOVE BOT](/guide/bot/add-remove-bot))

![](/files/-Lv5A9HJoX84DqZMqL09)

* Apply the settings which are more convenient from you to the bot. As we learnt in [bot management](/bot-management), paying attention to use an appropriate [timing](/bot-management/people-control-panel/timing); set the date-time after which the bot will start to execute your orders for each child-list

In this way, you can easily build unlimited steps for the same list planning long-time campaign in complete autonomy.

# How to duplicate a list

List duplication is the fundamental part of a campaign building.

You can apply several behaviours to each child-list and [temporize ](/bot-management/people-control-panel/timing)them in order to let the bot act sequentially in time.

* go to [manage data](/guide/list-management/manage-data) in [bot management ](/bot-management)
* opt to show ALL results as shown in figure below

![](/files/-Lv57ajvr-fjFcR2Vb8W)

* select all of them (deselect some if you want to)

![](/files/-Lv58H6wh_CcnWeej8qK)

* click on [actions on data](/guide/list-management/manage-data#actions-on-data)
* select PASTE SELECTED AS A NEW LIST
* give a name to the new list&#x20;

# What if you got a warning

It could happen that you get an email from our system about a warning raised from LinkedIn.

This is not to worry about, it happens when too many connection requests are unaccepted.

Indirectly, this could be a consequence of a too high value of "connection requests per hour" which is a parameter in [bot settings](/guide/bot/bot-settings).

Our bot will try to overcome this issue autonomously by putting in place 3 kinds of interventions:

* all connection requests will be stopped for 2 hours
* "connection requests per hour" will be lowered down to the lowest level
* part of pending connections will be removed (when this happens "invite retired" will be shown in [bot report ](/guide/list-management/bot-report)for each interested profile, please see in the figure below)

![](/files/-LwUoc9KjKlc6bzvrzxM)

You should consider to:

* keep lower "connection requests per hour" value
* increase the probability to see who accepted your connection request by following people in your list (follow will be executed **before** connection requests)
* do not create lists of people who are too much distant from your node. For example, if you stay in USA, you won't (probably) have direct connection with people living in Tibet. This means that, too many nodes will spare you from the targeted people, and LinkedIn keeps this parameter under consideration
